A very old family farm house dating back to mid 1800s Glendower as it was named has received long overdue restorations and alterations. The transformation is undoubtedly sympathetic to the original unfussy detailing of the original rural home. The staged alterations included repositioning the farm kitchen (with new Stanley wood stove), new large roof glazing to stair well, new fireplace and extended formal dining room. The alterations have provided much better use of space and the provision of updated modern conveniences. The planned alterations were given the blessing of the Historic Places Trust.
