This housing development has been carefully designed around the architecturally significant Futuna chapel designed by the late John Scott. It has been designed in strict accordance with heritage conservation input, in order to protect this much loved building and it’s setting.

Sixty-five townhouses have been knitted into the existing topography and the development has retained major site features such as mature trees and a stream that runs though the site. Traditional large pitched roofs over brick and weather-boarded walls have been utilized to compliment the existing buildings in the area.
