This design has not only added new facilities but hugely improved the exterior appearance and street presence. The additional area that has been added is not great but the curvelinear form adds tremendously to the architecture. This is essentially an extension of an existing bar that adds new toilet facilities and a new direct entrance from the street. In conjunction with this new extension the original building has been re-clad. Designed with horizontal rebated details the new exterior treatment has transformed the building appearance.
