The existing building was significantly altered in order to accommodate the new multi level interior. While the interior fit-out was supplied direct from Belgium, Hunt Davies Tennent made key design decisions in respect to the interior planning and exterior facades. A mid level kitchen with basement offices and storage under were pivotal in maximizing the functionality of this amazingly popular establishment.
